deadmau5 arrives in NYC next week to close his critically acclaimed cubev3 tour with a four-night run at Brooklyn’s Avant Gardner Thursday, February 6 through Sunday, February 9. (Feb 6, 7 & 8 are sold out with limited tickets available for Feb 9). Support acts on various shows include MSTRKRFT, Jay Robinson, Callie Reiff, and LIGHTS who also will perform as gue5t vox in deadmau5’ show. In addition, deadmau5’ label mau5trap will host an official afterparty, also at Avant Gardner, on Saturday, February 8, as well as Brooklyn day-time pop-up shop alongside each day of the run.

The Brooklyn shows has deadmau5 bringing his brand new cubev3 production for the first time to New York City. The original cube debuted at Coachella April 2010, catapulting deadmau5 to become one of the most in-demand live acts in the world, with its follow-up Cube 2.1 arriving in 2017 at the launch of his “lots of shows in a row tour.” cubev3 - created by deadmau5 with Chris Schroeder of Chris Schroeder Productions, with technical design by Collyns Stenzel, and video content plus additional programming by deadmau5 - comes to life with the semitransparent look and deadmau5 custom content. It is the most complex production he has ever presented changing positions from 90 degrees into 45 degrees and rotate 360 degrees with mind bending content from deadmau5 & his custom touch designer system. Complimenting the visual aspect of the cube, deadmau5 performs a unique set of his extensive catalogue and fan favorites from “Avaritia,” “Ghosts n Stuff” and “Strobe” to “Raise Your Weapon” and “Drama Free” with vocals by LIGHTS as well as new material performed exclusively on the tour per the recently released “FALL,” “SATRN” and “COASTED”.

On Saturday, February 8, the official cubev3 afterparty will be headlined by TESTPILOT (deadmau5’ techno alter-ego) along with special guest Layton Giordani and Rinzen. Other rooms of Avant Gardner will feature a mau5trap takeover with ATTLAS, BlackGummy, MSTRKRFT, Sian and Speaker Honey and a 720 takeover with Todd Edwards, Jay Robinson and Goooey Vuitton.

Each day during the run, there will be a pop-up show set up at 260 Johnson Ave in Brooklyn that will be open from noon-6 pm daily. Here fans will have the opportunity to purchase unique merch items from deadmau5 and mau5trap’s roster of artists. It is confirmed deadmau5 will appear for a signing from 3-5pm on Friday, February 7 and Saturday, February 8.

deadmau5 cubev3 tour hits Chicago’s Navy Pier this Saturday, February 1. It is currently ranked at #12 on Pollstar’s Live 75 chart reflecting box office for active tours in the last 30 days, following touring heavyweights such as Elton John, Dead & Co, Celine Dion, and Caifanes. Check out Variety’s review of the tour opener from Dallas this past October here.
