Fans first caught a listen of SLANDER’s remix of Illenium’s “Good Things Fall Apart” at EDC Orlando November last year. Now the track is available for all today (May 15) as part of ILLENIUM’s ASCEND remix album on Astralwerks HERE.

Listen to ILLENIUM’s “Good Things Fall Apart (SLANDER Remix)” now here.

Reimagining and reigniting his biggest album to date, ILLENIUM unveils ASCEND Remixes today. The platinum-certified Denver-based artist Nick Miller re-energizes his chart-topping third full-length album ASCEND with 24 remixes by an all-star cast of collaborators and remixes. SLANDER’s spin on “Good Things Fall Apart” is a most-wanted highlight.

Meanwhile, the pair’s most recent single “Back To U” with William Black is currently charting on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic songs chart. Upon its release in late April on SLANDER and NGHTMRE’s Gud Vibrations label, the song garnered praise in the media:

“‘Back To U’ offers an uplifting production with passionate vocals, signature of SLANDER’s established style. Black’s originals touch on important topics including depression, addiction, love and loss — and this collaboration complements his own catalog quite nicely.” — YourEDM

“‘Back To U’ flows down a vein similar to SLANDER’s previous release “Feeling Gud,” ditching the metallic synths of their heavier songs for some floatier ones. William Black, however, stays on the course listeners are familiar with, as their collaboration makes use of passionate vocals and a somber guitar riff to stir up feelings of unrequited love. Fans familiar with either artist’s discography will find ‘Back To U’ a welcome addition.” — EDM.com

“After delivering a standout remix of their track ‘Potions,’ William Black has joined forces with SLANDER to bring us their striking new collaboration, ‘Back To U’ and it’s a beauty. More often than not the bass loving duo has been serving up moving melodic masterpieces with their booming new collaboration being another masterpiece to add to their evergrowing list of emotionally-charged productions.” — DJ Times

Earlier this month, SLANDER’s Derek Andersen and Scott Land performed a b2b set with SVDDEN DEATH for Insomniac’s Bassrush live stream which is now available online on YouTube and Soundcloud.
